Mmkay...so this was a fashion in Shibuya for quite sometime (Infact, it may still be there, but last I heard, it was 'dying out')
Anyhoo, there are SO many different styles to this, but I shall just stick with 'Ganguro' even though it is not quite exact to it's definition since I sort of went about it my own way.
