The girl and the guitar II

"Give it to me! C'mon, Kyo-chan, pleeeeeeaaaase...." Sheila begged, sitting on the bed and waiting desperately. "Stop calling me Kyo-chan, will you?" Kyo winked at her grinning. "Never. You've always been my Kyo-chan and you'll always be. Now come here like I ordered you!" She giggled when Kyo crawled towards here. "There you have what you want!" He threw some sheets of paper at her. "Nasty thing you are." She replied, stucking her tongue out. "I see, you did some on it. Didn't change the guitar parts, did you? They were perfect, put all my heart into it." Kyo shook his head. "After we recorded I couldn't just change it. But they're quite good, yeah. Sometimes." She threw a pillow at him. "Nasty." He sniggered and laid his head on her shoulder, looking at the sheets, too. "What do you say?" She nodded slowly, her eyes travelling over the lines. "If you recorded it like that, it's fine. Shame I couldn't stay till work was completed.. Hope your tasty little boyfriend likes it, or I'll scratch his eyes out. You put so much afford into it. Wish someone'd ever do that for me." She sighed. "You're really sweet, though you don't act like it. It's tiring you, is it? I know it, you can't deny." Kyo laughed. "It's scaring how good you know me. We never spent much time with each other." - "And we won't begin now. I have better things to do. I know you, that's all." She nodded again, looking satisfied. "You're together with Mya-chan, right?" Kyo asked. "Something like that. We share one bed - sometimes - and if she wants me, I'm there, no matter what. If she feels half the feelings I feel, it's enough." Sheila sighed. Kyo smirked. "You don't know the important part of it yet."Sheila looked inquistive. "What? Don't tell me you're gonna - WHOA!"Kyo had pulled out a small box from under the bed and opened it in front of Sheila. "Oh my god, Kyo, this is, this is, this..." - "Name it. This is an engagement ring."Sheila pretended to faint on the bed. Then she got up again, even more inquisitive als before. "Tell me about Shinya. I wanna know about that fabulous guy. You weren't really talkative when we recorded." Kyo shrugged. "There's not much to say. People don't know, not even Die, Toshiya and Kaoru, how long we're actually together. Only we two know. We know about our past, our present, and our future. It is like, when we first met, we gazed at each other like... how long? Five minutes? Till some friends introduced us. I was fascinated. I mean, you couldn't be something different, could you? At least not me. Man, he was so gorgeous. He still is. I adore him I would - dunno, do everything to please him. This couldn't be described, y'know? It's kinda..." "...Love. That's how you'd call it." Shinya stroke the hair out of his eyes. "Do you actually know how it is to have someone like him? It's incredible. I never thought loving someone could be that... good. Such a good feeling wherever you go and whatever you do, someone near you, always. I never liked people a lot. Most of the time they scared or irritated me. But him... I could have him with me every day. I'd really long to." Shinya sighed and looked at Kaoru, who lay next to him, staring at the ceiling, thinking. Then, Kaoru nodded. "I understand." Shinya sighed again and let himself fall back, so that then stared at the ceiling, too. "You don't know how long we're together actually, do you?"Kaoru thought. "It has to be about 3 years now..." Shinya started sniggering. "3 years? That's cute! You really think that, do you?"Kaoru looked at him startled. "Isn't it like that?"Shinya grinned. "Baka. Six." - "What?" Kaoru looked puzzled. "Six years. We're together about six years now."Kaorus eyes widened. "Six?" He breathed. "You never... Why six?"Shinyas eyes grew dreamy. "We met before Dir en grey or La:Sadies."Kaoru didn't believe his ears. "... before?" Shinya nodded. "I was too shy to speak with him, so I just sat there gazing at him, and always looked away when he met my gaze... It was awful. Then a friend of us introduced both of us, and it didn't even take us a long time to come together. Both of us were still figuring out whether to try with girls or guys, but that didn't seem necessary. It was just as if... everything had been cleared long before. I think I never even told him I love him. But I'm not so sure." - "Whether you still love him?" Shinya shook his head wearily."No. Whether everything's still like then. The emothions and all that."Kaoru looked even more puzzled. "Of course it isn't. Don't emotions and all these things change? It couldn't always be like the first day."Shinya gazed at him big-eyed. "Why not?" he asked inncoently. "It has been like that for six years." Kaoru rolled his eyes. "But..." Shinya suddenly whispered near Kaoru's ear. "I'm not willing to give up yet."Kaoru looked at him and he saw the strange glint in Shinya's eyes. "What?" He asked suspicious. Shinya grinned, pulled something out of his bag and held it in front of Kaoru's face. It was a small box, small enough for..."An engagement ring???" Kaoru asked breathlessly and Shinya giggled, nodding. "The questions is whether he says Yes or No. To be or not to be..." Shinya declamed and held the box in front of himself like the skull of Hamlet. Kaoru laughed. "You're crazy, Shin-chan."Shinya nodded again. "I have to be if I'm together with someone like Kyokyo for six years." Kaoru had fallen into bed tired, when the sun began to rise. He had been with Shun until then, and he already missed him again. He sighed and rolled himself on his side, staring at the wall. This seemed unreal, if there hadn't been the lovebites and the feeling inside of his tummy, he wouldn't have believed it. He met this guy a few days ago, and now, it was as if they had known each other for years. This had no chance, he knew. This couldn't be good. They would never meet again, once Shun returned to France. But this wasn't the time to think about it. Kaoru hadn't noticed he'd fallen asleep, till something awakaned him. Stones were thrown against his window. He raised sleepily and dizzily. "'ey, 'oney!" This was Shun. Kaoru jumped out of the bed, rushing towards the window and opening it hastily. "Shu-chan? What the hell are you doing here?"Shun stood in front of his window, only one floor lower. "Wait! I'll be right down!" Kaoru put on some jeans and a pullover hastily, rushed down the stairs as silent as possible and out of the door, where Shun embraced him gently. "Hi."he breathed into Kaoru's ear and Kaoru snuggled up to him, sighing: "I missed you."Shun laughed in a low, husky voice. "Again?"Kaoru nodded and held Shun tighter. "Why did you come?" he asked, his lips sligthly touching Shun's neck and making Shun shiver. "I... wanted to tell you something..."- "Um... couldn't you do that after the sex...?"Kaoru loved to feel Shun tremble under his hands and breath. Shun stiffened and shove Kaoru away from him. Kaoru looked at him startled. "Perhaps I won't be there then anymore." Shun murmured. Kaoru was even more startled. "What? What did you say?" Shun looked remorsefull. "I'm leaving, Kaoru. My flight is going very early this morning. Sorry." Kaoru had grewn really speechless. Shun didn't dare looking at Kaoru or he'd have been breaking down with apologies. "But... no, this is... is impossible... is too early..." He tried to put that shocked feeling into words. He had never lost words before, but this feeling was like someone teared something out of him suddenly. It hurted horribly. "Things... Things like that don't happen..." Suddenly, he grabbed Shun collar violently, staring at him painfully, yelling: "Tell me you aren't leaving!!!"Shun stared back at Kaoru. "KaoKao, please... don't make it even more difficult." Kaoru let go of his lover, shaking his had remorsed. "We both knew it had to end like this, but, Kaoru..." Shun embraced his lover again, gently, carefully. "Don't let me leave like this. This is more than just sex, isn't it?" Kaoru nodded, burying his face in Shun's neck. Shun felt a single tear roll down his cheeks and gulped. "Promise, Kaoru, promise to be mine?"He buried his burning face in Kaorus hair and felt Kaoru nodding. "Whatever you want. Will you be mine, koi, forever?" Shun felt like crying with happiness and nodded. Kaoru didn't really feel it, but he knew what was the answer. It had to be like that. "I love you, Kaoru... 'ow do you say that in japanese?" Shun raised his head and Kaoru did the same. Both stared at each other lovingly, and Kaoru smiled. "Aishiteru."He breathed and Shun nodded. "Exactly that. Whatever." Kaoru had to snigger. "You're incorrigible." Shun laughed, also. "Thank you for that. May I give it back?" Kaoru hit him on the head gently. "Baka. Don't say such things to your precious." Shun looked around. "My precious? Where??"Kaoru started to laugh, but ended up with tears rolling down his cheeks. Shun cupped Kaorus cheeks with his hands. "Why are you crying? Tell me you're crying with 'appiness." Kaoru nodded, sobbing. "Something like that." He gave a smile, which showed exactly how much he suffered. Shun pulled him near agagin, desperately. "I'm sorry for letting you alone, I'm so sorry. I shall never leave you..." Kaoru sobbed again and then giggled. "We're not married, never forget." Shun smiled. "Not yet." Kaoru sobbed. "Oh yeah, let us run away together." He smiled and wiped his tears away. "I bet we have to make the best out of this, ne, koi?"He looked at Shun. "Koi?" Shun frowned. "Means lover." Kaoru explained. Shun nodded understandingly. "Oh, yes, of course." Kaoru smirked. "Baka."He tilted his head to one side. "And you wanna leave me like that? Unsatisfied?" Shun grinned. "Which satisfaction do you long for?" Kaoru grinned back unmisunderstandingly. This was a bad try. But it was like he said. Make the best out of this. Toshiya climbed up the stairs to look after Kaoru, who hadn't shown up for breakfast and lunch either. He knocked slowly, but pulled the door open without waiting for an answer. He froze, when Kaoru looked up at him with that incredibly sad look on his face. "My god, Kaokao..." Toshiya sat down next to him, wrapping an arm around his shoulder. Kaoru let his head rest at Toshiyas shoulder. "Totchi..."he whimpered. "What happened? Tell me." Kaoru just shook his head. "Nothing to... bother you." Totchi let out a sound of indignation. "C'mon, Kaokao, I know all people always think I'm superficial and an emotionless bitch and all this things and perhaps I am, but I know the way the cookie crumbles when it comes to love. It is about love, isn't it? Crying for your mysterious lover?"Kaoru nodded, smiling again, wiping away the tears with his Kleenex. "He's gone back to France." Toshiya stayed silent. "It had to end like that, right? And you knew that?"Kaoru nodded again. "But I didn't want to think about it."Toshiya nodded. "Of course. Do you think I want to think about what happens with me and Die when we'll return? Don't you think I hope this little thing we have could last when we go back to reality? Do you think I'd want to think about that? I don't like caring about the future, you know. I want to live now and care about the future tomorrow. But he didn't leave you like that, or did he?" Kaoru shook his head. He remembered the last night they had shared. Good, affectionate, desperate sex. But was that all to stay in his mind? The only thing to remember, the good sex they had? Toshiya took his face into both hands and wiped the tears away with his finger. "You look horrible, when you cry. Like me." Kaoru smiled. "You are our great, strong leader-san and you won't give up that easily."Toshiya winked. "You gave him your address, didn't you? E-Mail and all?" Kaoru nodded, still smiling. Toshiya was really calming him down. "You are Niikura Kaoru, my Kaokao, who always straightens me up when I'm down. Now it's my turn. Hold your head high and smile, dammit! Who could ever forget about you? He won't, I'm sure. And if he does, I'll go to France by myself and kick his bloody ass!"Kaoru smiled and took Toshiyas hands into his own. "It's okay, Totchi-chan, I'll be fine. Go down and join the others again. Go care for Die. I'll be down soon, too." Toshiya stood up, going to the door. When he opened it, he threw one last glance at Kaoru. "Aishiteru." He whispered and Kaoru smiled at him. "Dito."Totchi blew him a kiss. "And you promise to come down?" Kaoru declined. "I promise. I'm really starving." Totchi smirked and disappeared from the door. Kaoru sighed and clenched Shuns pullover to his chest again. "You're Niikura Kaoru, right. You're the great leader-san and your guys need you down there."Deeply sighing, he got up from bed.
