# 002 - Santa
"Daddy, Daddy! When does Santa come?"
Wilson sighed lightly. He heard this question for the twentieth time that day. "Tomorrow, honey. And now go to sleep." He kissed his daughter on the forehead and tucked her into bed. When he got up, ready to cut off the light, the little girl piped up again. "Daddy?"
"Yeah, Katie?"
"Could Papa come up to say goodnight?"
"I thought you already did say goodnight to him?!" James gave her a strict glance. "I send him up. Goodnight, honey."
"Goodnight, Daddy."
Wilson closed the door, making it stand open only a small slit. Silently he makes his way down the stairs to their living room. "Greg, your daughter wants to say goodnight to you."
House head turned to him. "Again?"
"Yeah, she´s excited because of santa. The whole day she asked me questions about him. Maybe you could give her some rest."
"We will see." House' eyes began to glow in a frightening way.
"You know.. everything you do will come right back at you."
House resisted the urge to roll his eyes at Wilsons words. Yeah, that thing he knew for sure. Since Katie was in their life, he had to watch up what he says. She was like a little sponge for good and also bad words. House got up from the couch and walked upstairs. When he entered the room he saw Katie sitting in her bed, the Teddy Bear clenched in her tiny arms.
"Hey, pumpkin." House grinned and sat down on the edge of her bed. "Are you looking forward to Santa?" She nodded her head happily.
"Tell me something about him, Papa."
"Then, listen. Santa is a very busy man. He has to give every child in the whole wide world a present. In only one night. So he has a very special sleigh with eight raindeers tied to it. They are very fast and the first one, Rudolph, has a bright red nose. Do you know him?"
Katie squeaked. "Yeah! He guides the sleigh.", she announced, proud of her knowledge.
"Right.", House assured her. "Do you know he has a own song? I will play it to you tomorrow, if you´ll be good and sleep now. And Santa only brings presents to kids who are good, anyway."
She yawned and nuzzled her pillow. "Then I will sleep. I don´t want Santa to be angry. Love you, Papa."
"Love you too, pumpkin." House softly stroke her hair and then got up, leaving the room. Again in the living room, he sat down on the couch beside his partner. "Shes sleeping. She won´t make Santa angry.", he stated.
"Congratulations. And don´t tell me what you told her. I don´t want to know.", Wilson smiled. Tomorrow morning, he would find out anyway.
"Eventually we have some time for us..." Wilsons lips cut off House in mid-sentence. The older man panted into their kiss before he broke it. "I really like that..." House leered at Wilsons body and pinned the younger doctor against the couch. "Really..."
