Nice, witchy girl there. The tilt of her pose is nicely supported by the s-shape of the magical flame. I like the look of her hands. Though her right one with the magic cards, look like as id she is showing someone the middlefinger, lol, maybe thats intentional to fit the somewhat rebellious, non-nonsense vibe, she gives of.
The coloration of her hair is done well, really glossy. To add to that, you could tweak those highlights in it, to match the color of the magic flames, as if they were reflected.
The uniform is a bit more plain, yet witchy. It could use a bit extra touch via details, for example golden embroidery on the middle or lower part of the black sleeves, or the lower black part of the jacket. Additionally a matching leather belt with an attached satchel, that holds her magic supplies like the cards, could be added if it fits the intended character design.
That glaring highlight on the magic card is quite daring, yet funny, as if she is brandashing her cash-card, lol.
