English? Well, I think, that's possible. I don's speak English so worse. Ask my teacher! *smile*
The picture looks very well, super! I don't know the charakter, who is she? Is she created by you or id she exist before?
I like the colour and the form (*drop*) of her hair. Did you color them with copic markers? The picture looks like that.
Her dress is very interesting, not only the colour. Also the sighns and the material.
The face looks like reality! I don't know, if she is a charakter of an existing anime, so I am not able to say, if, her face is drawed right.
I found just one fault. Her hands are too "fat" (Sorry....) and the fingers should be longer.
It isn't so good, that there's no Background. With an BG it would look much better, than it does now. (And now it look absolutly super!)
But when you don't look at that: VERY VERY WELL DONE!!!!

First of all- My Englisch isn't very well, sorry ^.^;
I like the Picture!
She had a little bit to much Hair, but this isn't a big fault, it makes the Pic look interessting!
There are a little fault at the Plug-Suit (the red dress) but thats okay, I can't do it better!
