Nice =D! I like it how the dragon seems to move, very dynamic *-*. And the colors are chosen perfectly too I think. They look so soft °.°!
The only thing that bothers me a little are the dragons arms. They are standing out on an odd angle. To me it looks like there is some muscle missing at the shoulder-shoulderblade-connection ^^". But all in all I like it very much and who has ever seen a real dragon to tell you how it's proportioned anyway XD?
