Also, bitte postet hier alle offiziellen(!) news über die Jungs -Neuerscheinungen, aktuelle Pläne, Preise, Chartplatzierungen und ähnliches.
Bitte keine Gerüchte oder sinnlose Sachen wie "omg, habt ihr schon Jae's neue Frisur gesehen..??" -dafür ist livejournal da.*lach*

TVXQ’s 4th album is placed at first in International Chart, from the date of October 27th to November 2nd, 2008, and created a new album sales record. MIROTIC also occupied first position in Asian Chart - GRAM ASIAN POP TOP 10, from the date of October 27th to November 2nd 2008, placing MIROTIC as an album with the highest sales.

Ihr Album ist auf Platz 1 gelandet in den Charts von Thailand gelandet. Das nach Japan und Taiwan ^^

Ich leb' in meiner eigenen Welt. Das ist okay, man kennt mich dort.

Am 21.1.2009 kommt THSK neue Single in Japan raus.
"KISS the baby sky". Musik und Text von YooChun.
Zu erst war das Lied nur als Opening für eine
Frühstücksfernsehnsendung im japanischen TV
geplant gewesen, aber weil es so gut ankam wurde
beschlossen daraus eine Single zu machen.
Wie gesagt sie kommt am 21.1.09 raus und wird
neben "KISS the baby sky" noch zwei weitere Songs
beinhalten ("Bolero" & "Don't forget").

Dong Bang Shin Ki members Xiah (Junsu), Micky (Yoochun), and Hero (Jaejoong) will promote their new temporary three-member group under the name JYJ. However, this is not their confirmed group name.

Xiah, Micky, and Hero decided to discontinue their activities as members of Dong Bang Shin Ki after personal discord with their agency, SM Entertainment. On June 5, the three members will hold a large scale fan meeting concert in Tokyo Dome, and they will be holding the concert as JYJ, which are their initials.

A representative of the three members revealed on May 19, “Before this event, AVEX has decided to go with JYJ for the logo for the concert. Even though they will promote as JYJ for the concert, it is not their confirmed group name. We will not know the group name until AVEX releases an official announcement.”

Meanwhile, there will be four fan meeting concert performances for this event.

Das ist alles echt schwer zu sagen^^°
Im Moment geht es einfach immer wieder hin und her....niemand weiß wirklich, ob es DBSK noch gibt und weiter geben wird V.V
Ich kann zumindest eins sagen: Offiziell ist die Gruppe noch nicht aufgelöst worden, auch wenn nicht alle Member weiter machen wollen. Diejenige, die wollen haben sich ja bereits wieder als 'JYJ' zurückgemeldet.

EDIT: Im Januar 2011 haben sich Yunho und Changmin unter dem alten Namen TVXQ mit einer neuen Single + dazugehörigem Album zurückgemeldet.
Yoochun, Junsu und Jaejoong machen hingegen weiter als JYJ; wobei Yoochun ebenfalls mit dem Schauspielern angefangen hat und Junsu nebenbei in Musicals auftritt.

Es ist endlich vorbei; nach 3 Jahren und 4 Monaten endet der Kampf zwischen SM Entertainment und JYJ

[TRANS] 121128 JYJ-SM Come To An Agreement: SM “It Was For The Best”, JYJ “A Battle That Had Already Been Won”

The legal dispute between SM Entertainment and JYJ (Kim Junsu, Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun) has finally come to an end through an agreement after three years and four months.

According to judicial circles, SM Entertainment and the three members of JYJ came to an agreement on the 28th to settle the termination date of any and all contracts between the two parties as the 31st of July, 2009, the date that JYJ filed their injunction of nullification. Also, it has been found that they have decided to drop all related lawsuits and have signed an agreement stating that they will not interfere with any activities that the other party pursues.

SM Entertainment said, “The trio stated that they have no intention of performing as members of the group ‘TVXQ’, so SM has come to the decision that we no longer have a reason to be in charge of management for the trio. We have come to a mutual agreement to not interfere with the other party’s activities as our paths will not cross in the future, and the lawsuit has come to an end through this agreement. Also, we have come to the decision that the best course of action was to end this lawsuit to ensure that there will be no more additional damages or unnecessary issues that arise because of the lawsuit that may harm U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, who are currently active as ‘TVXQ’.”

CEO Baek Chang Joo of C-JeS Entertainment stated, “We believed that this was a battle that had already been won three years ago when the courts accepted our injunction. To be honest, we don’t believe that there will be much change to JYJ’s activities after the verdict because the interference of JYJ’s activities isn’t a legal issue, but a battle between David and Goliath.” He also added, “We are currently walking down a path that only JYJ could take, and we will continue to pursue our own activities, as planned,” and “We hope that the success of this agreement will rectify the various limitations placed upon JYJ that used the lawsuit as an excuse, and we would like to once more sincerely thank the domestic and international fans who have given JYJ their unwavering support from the start.”
