I'm a lily
Shaped so soft
So tender
An undefined elegance
But I don't know

I'm a smile
Giving warmth
So sweet and pure
Bright like no other one
But I don't notice

I'm a star
Lightening your lives
Sparkling
Incredible beauty from my inside
But I can't see it

I realize so many faults
On my surface
Mistakes everybody has to deal with
I seem to be the only person
Taking it too serious

When will I look into my mirror
And start to love
This wonderful lily
Reflected by the glass?
To love it like all the others do
The others
That already noticed
My enchanting nature

I'm sure
I will face it someday
