Very short, very Australian and potentially dangerous, this little furball reigns from another dimension and seems to be able to manipulate Earth-16 at will. A weird blue gem on it's chest is the source of it's powers. It's pouch is bigger on the inside - a lot bigger.
However, it is nothing but a plot device and easily defeated under the right circumstances.
