                        Kapitel 1: The End - Apocalypse
                        -------------------------------


The sun is dying.
I know it
But I can't see anything of it,
Because it flames fade away
Behind dark clouds.

Where is the feeling?
Where is the light?
Where can I get
My thoughts and hopes back?
My thoughts of rest, my hopes for freedom?

My heart is broken
And I see the nightmare in your eyes
That is hunting me down.

Once I had it all,
all that I always dreamed of.
My light shone for you
And all the others.
But now it is gone.
My light is gone
Like you,
Killed by what I can't describe.
You are already gone
And left me here
On this dying earth.

I don't know,
Can the other people
Feel what I feel?
Can they see what I see?
If they can,
Why should they ignore this mess?

The sun burns,
The sky is bleeding.

What should I do?
What should I say?

Can I reach the dark clouds above me
Hoping to see some light?
Can I run away to another place
Where I will find some rest?
In the middle of the end of the world ...



                              Kapitel 2: Alleine
                              ------------------


Alleine

Ich wandere durch eine leere Stadt, 
suche einen Namen, ein Gesicht. 

Alleine

Meine Schritte hallen wider,
auf der Suche nach einer Stimme,
die ich nicht vergessen kann.

Alleine

Meine Beine sind schwer, 
schon so lange bin ich auf der Suche.
Immer noch voll Hoffnung,
eines Tages wieder deine Berührung zu spüren.

Ich bin müde, ausgelaugt,
doch aufgeben kann ich nicht.
Denn es zerreißt mein Herz,
nicht bei dir zu sein.

Mein Herz ruft nach dir - 
hörst du es nicht?
Hörst du nicht den Klang meiner Seele,
so unverwechselbar und einsam?

Noch immer spüre ich deinen Kuss auf meiner Haut,
die Berührung deiner Lippen.
Mein Herz verzehrt sich nach dir, 
will dich in die Arme schließen.

Nur noch einmal, 
bevor ich vergehe,
bevor meine Erinnerung an dich 
der Vergessenheit anheim fällt.



                            Kapitel 3: Tears of Joy
                            -----------------------


I sat there and smiled
And thought about the things that went wrong


I sat there and then I cried
I cried silent tears

I walked along the street
And couldn't forget the last time I spoke to you

I walked and thought about different things
That went wrong
That went wrong

I looked up into the sky
And saw the stars burning bright


I looked up and smiled
I looked up and cried

I cried tears of joy



A/N: Dieses Gedicht handelt von jemandem, der das Ende einer unglücklichen
Liebesbeziehung betrauert. Er oder sie ist zuerst unglücklich darüber, aber am
Ende gewinnt das Gefühl, von einer Last befreit worden zu sein, die Oberhand.
