Vine developed a huge crush on Kyle in middle school who he met through Rose, because they were in the same class, and has been in love with him ever since. Refusing to accept that Kyle doesn’t reciprocate their feelings, Vine follows him everywhere, even to Japan. Vine is one of the very few people who don’t like Mizuki. This is solely due to the reason of Kyle’s feelings for Mizuki. Otherwise, they would have gotten along great. Although Rose has been trying to make Vine realize that Kyle is just using them, Vine still refuses for years to even consider accepting this reality. Since Vine spends almost all of their free time on the Internet anyway, taking up a job in this field only seemed natural and fun, and it actually is.
