This combined with their gentle nature unfortunately made them a perfect victim for bullies. Even though Akaya helped as much as he could, Mizuki took some psychological damage from years of being subjected to this environment. The medication for Mizuki’s heart condition causes them to gain weight more easily, but it would be fatal not to take it. Because of the bullying & having to take these meds, Mizuki developed body dysmorphia. The dysmorphia improved over time, but won’t ever leave completely. Mizuki is the oldest of 7 children and gets along very well with all of their siblings. Apart from Nanako, who he met in high school, Iori (the second oldest) is their best friend. Growing up with both Makoto and Haru gaming often with their children, Mizuki is very good at video games and beats almost anyone at anything. Another hobby of theirs, aside from baking, is reading BL manga, because of the cute stories. Since Mizuki accidentally bought a yaoi manga and got traumatized, Akaya has to read everything first before handing it to Mizuki. After graduating, Mizuki made their hobby into a career, completing their education as a confectioner and later opening a cake shop. Miharu and Riku both love their mommy very much with Miharu taking Mizuki as a role model and Riku being an absolute momma’s boy. Even though Mizuki’s life started on very rocky conditions in school, it turned around and brightened up for the most parts, living happily with Akaya and having lovely children and friends.
