| Takasugi Shinsaku, gespielt von Iseya Yusuke in Ryomaden. Ganz, ganz viel Liebe. Ganz ehrlich? Ich bin gerade zu faul um das, was ich auf dA geschrieben habe, hier alles zu übersetzen, darum hier das ganze auf Englisch, wer es etwas ausführlicher haben will~ ~ "If I have little time, then that little time I will use to live with meaning. Give a big bang, explode like fireworks, then disappear. That is the Takasugi Shinsaku way of life." Just a quick drawing. I'm way to obsessed with this guy lately. Played around with GIMP to get the best out of the photo (no scanner here, unfortunately). So, this is the great actor Iseya Yusuke as Takasugi Shinsaku in the NHK Taiga drama Ryoma Den. I'm watching this drama only because of him. He doesn't appear that much (episode 29 to 41) but...wow! I'm pretty obsessed by the Bakumatsu period lately and especially by Takasugi. Such an interesting character. Althouth I think he was MUCH more arrogant and reckless in real life (loving sake and women and saying stuff like 'You can't compare me, a real samurai, to some country bumpkin from Oshima [referring to Akane Taketo]'). Anyway, I still love the way Iseya protrayed him - especially the despair he must have felt towards the end of his life, not being able to accomplish anything (apparently, one of his last poems was 'Trying to endure...a world of dreariness and tedium...'). And of course, that scene with him playing the shamisen like a death God on Oshima was just awesome xD. Iseya must have on of the most beautiful sad smiles I've ever seen. By the way, his beautiful death poem (in the translation I like most): "Do something meaningful in this meaningless world." |

Gut gemacht, mensch mensch. Ich mag sehr wie du schattierst und so die Details betonst und unterstreichst. Es sieht recht Realistisch aus (was du ja bestimmt auch beabsichtigt hast.... XD). Nur erscheint mir sein Gesicht recht... breit? *kopf verdreh* Wie soll ichs beschreiben... der Abstand von den Augen zu den Seiten hin. Oder is die Nase zu lang? Ich weiß es echt nicht. *sich versteck*
Dennoch gefällt es mir und die Technik ist beeindruckend. 'A quick drawing'... *dich schlag* Wenn du dir wirklich mal Zeit nehmen würdest... was denn dann bitte??? XD

Klasse, klasse, klasse! Wirklich schön geworden. I love the shading! O.O Dabei fang ich glatt an meinen Bleistift zu vermissen...-_- Also irgendwie gefallen mir solche Picus und in s/w einfach DOCH noch nen Tick besser.^^ Super. Ehrlich. Sag mal hat der von uns aus gesehen rechts wirklich ein kleineres Auge? Es wirkt so und ich kenn ihn ja nicht.^^' Ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass du dich auch bei Portraits echt gemausert hast. Dein Sean war zwar auch schon toll, aber das hier ist besser.
